Voices that can't be missed

2 weeks in Israel and Palestine, interviewing and photographing people, visiting their homes, looking in their eyes and seeing the politics and everyday life from the inside, both from the Israeli and Palestinian sides, both from Israeli Arabs and Jews, gave some really interesting results. Here are just a few sentences from a few people.

"..after hearing your words, i'm starting to think, that maybe arabs are also humans." - An Israeli woman, 30, emmigree from Russia, working in a bank. (before: "when i studied here in university, i had nothing against arabs, but when i heard that palestinian women encourage their children becoming martyrs, i had nothing but rage and hatred against them, and a desire to punish them." ... "...but if we'd let Palestinians to have their own country, we'd be only a 12 km thin line bordering the sea." - An Israeli soldier, who also took part in the recent Gaza war, 26. "..you say we kill hundreds of palestinians for one israeli a year, but do you know, why we, israelis, are still alive? hamas sends hundreds of rockets, but we have a system - we get notified of danger, we have shelters, that's why we don't die! and these palestinians, they have nothing. what can we do, if they don't care of safety during political conflicts? and after these simple facts.. you know.. i'm starting to think it's really a holy land." - an israeli historian, 51, working as a guide in jerusalem.

My main goal is to document the human relations between these two nations in Israel and Palestine.. and what politics can do with them.

Photos and the full project is coming soon.
